All order status updates will be sent to your email. If you don’t see them in your inbox, please check your JUNK or SPAM folder. Once item shipped, you will receive an email with Tracking ID. Please click on Tracking ID to track your item.

Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment. PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard). After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website. Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.
Free shipping
We provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.
Shipping to over 200 countries
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. (Your order will be automatically declined if your are outside our shipping zone)
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States (10-20 Business days)
Canada, Europe (10-20 Business days)
Australia, New Zealand (10-30 Business days)
Central & South America (15-30 Business days)
Asia (10-20 Business days)
* Max delivery time – 45 business days.
*This doesn’t include our 2–5-day processing time.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.
Refunds
full refund if you don’t receive your order;
full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
Returns
We do not encourage return of the items. Returns should be made at your own expense.
Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
